The beginning of the journey
“This is what I want to do for the rest of my life.”

When Mansour first got behind the wheel, he was only a few years old. He immediately felt that speed and the desert were his element. Instead of toys, he was attracted to engines, tracks, and competitions.

Over the years, this childhood hobby turned into iron discipline and a professional career. He didn't just participate in races — he started winning, leaving more experienced competitors behind. It was his persistence and belief in his goal that led him to victories in the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, Dubai International Baja, and participation in the Dakar Rally—the toughest race on the planet.

Focusing on rallying and off-road racing, Mansour Belhelei quickly turned his talent into results. After his first high-profile successes in national championships, he moved up to the international level, representing the United Arab Emirates in the world's most challenging desert competitions.

He achieved victories in the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge and Dubai International Baja, including first places in the GCC and SSV categories, and also made it onto the podium in stages of the world championship. These results cemented his status as one of the strongest and most promising rally drivers in the region.

The culmination of this stage of his career was his participation in the Dakar Rally — the most prestigious and grueling race on the planet, where every minute tests the limits of technology, endurance, and mental strength.

The world of rallying
A childhood dream has become a reality. Instead of toy cars — real off-road racers, instead of fantasies — kilometers of the most difficult desert tracks. Manur Belkheley chose not just racing, but the toughest and most extreme world of motorsport — rally raids.

After his first resounding successes in the UAE championships, his name became known outside the region. Victories and podium finishes in the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge and Dubai International Baja led him to compete at the world championship level.

Participating in the Dakar Rally was a logical step forward — a race that tests not only technology, but also the limits of human endurance. It is there that the character of a champion is forged, and it was there that Mansour confirmed that he is one of the strongest rally drivers of his generation.

The world of rallying
"Rallying isn't just a race. It's a battle against the elements, against technology, and against yourself. This is where a true racer is born."

Participating in a rally is one thing. Fighting for the lead in harsh desert conditions is a whole other level. Every track, every kilometer, and every turn requires absolute concentration, composure, and perfect interaction with the car.

Mansour Belhelei understands that thousands of people and partners are watching his performances, and that each race is not only a personal challenge, but also a responsibility to his country and team. It is in this tension that great results are born and the character of a champion is formed.

Driving
The life of a racer

Even as a child, Mansour understood that talent alone was not enough to become the best. Years of physical and mental training, constant work on himself, and attention to every detail — that's what makes a true champion.

Mansour endures heat, overload, and stress, training his body and mind for extreme speeds.

Every detail matters: technique, equipment, strategy, and perfect knowledge of the route.

Before the start, Mansour develops his tactics, sets the pace, and fully concentrates on winning.

During the off-season, he recovers, improves his fitness, and prepares for new desert challenges.

Life as a driver

Training
On the track at those speeds, Charles's body is under extreme stress, from G-force to heat, from the strain on the heart to mental stress: so it’s crucial that he keeps on training his muscles, heart and mind. And this is how he does it.

Physical training
To achieve the ideal form—both physically and mentally—Mansur works with a team of experts year-round. The most intense phase is closed training camps before major races. With the start of the season, the workload becomes more focused and calibrated. The team's goal is to achieve the best possible results in every race.

Comprehensive training
Mansur's training covers both body and mind. Physical training is aimed at developing endurance and strength, because in the heat of the race, the heart works at its limit, and the body resists extreme loads and overloads, which are measured not in units, but in thousands of kilograms of pressure on each movement.

The second part is devoted to the mind — it hones concentration, strengthens composure, and turns stress into fuel for accurate, lightning-fast decisions.

Recovery
The stress of the race, extreme concentration, flights, and changing time zones — after all this, Mansur's body and mind need rapid recovery and complete readjustment.

Based on data about his physical condition, the team develops a precise protocol: training in the gym (strength training and cycling), after which the volume of exercise is calibrated according to the MED principle — the minimum effective dose, allowing him to maintain maximum fitness and energy throughout сезона.

Preparation
In the world of high speeds, even the smallest detail is crucial — that's why Mansur plans each stage of preparation with utmost precision and absolute control.

Simulator

Race
The moment to enter the track is approaching. But even before the lights go out, Mansur calculates scenarios, chooses a strategy, sets the pace, and prepares for every first meter of the start.

Final briefing
On the morning of the race, Mansour holds a final briefing with the engineers, with whom he worked late into the night. Three to five possible scenarios are selected: it is at this moment that the final picture of the race is formed — “The outcome of the race is born here.”
image
image

Start
The start is one of the most crucial moments of the race. There is more to lose than to gain here, but without risk there is no victory. Mansur remains ice-cold while the red lights come on. With each one, the tension rises... and the moment the lights go out, Mansur is the first to react. Mansur remains icy calm as the red lights come on. With each one, the tension rises... and the moment the lights go out, control passes to instinct and speed.
image

Tempo
The pace of the race is the result of endless hours in the simulator and dozens of laps in free practice sessions. After these sessions, Mansour and his team understand down to the smallest detail what pace to maintain on any type of tire and what to expect from their rivals.

The task is to find the perfect balance between maximum speed and tire conservation, turning strategy into a clear advantage: "When I'm in the car, my job is to maintain that pace without a single mistake."

Result
There is no room for compromise here: the only truly worthy result for a driver of Mansur's caliber is victory. Standing at the top of the podium, seeing the emotions of the team and hearing the roar of the stands is a feeling that has no equal. And yet he knows how to assess reality soberly: if he has given his all on the track and squeezed out every last drop of potential, Mansur will accept a different position with dignity — as part of the long journey to the next summit.

The life of a racer

Off-season
This is a special time of year when Mansour has a little more freedom, and the toughest and most demanding stages of physical training come to the fore. But it is during these months that he also enjoys the rare luxury of spending precious moments with his family and loved ones, recharging his batteries before the new season.

Training camp
The training camp usually takes place in the mountains, where Mansur works to the limit of his abilities: climbing to the peaks on foot, descending the slopes, training for endurance, running, and working on strength in the gym. The goal is to make driving less exhausting so that he can conserve as much energy as possible for the most important moments of the race.

Free time
To maintain absolute concentration and peak physical condition, intensive training alone is not enough. For Mansur, recovery, peace and quiet, and time with loved ones are just as important. It is during these moments, away from the noise of the slopes and speed, that a true mental and physical reset takes place.
